Recovery after the workout...I do rush back, but I have the drive back to let my heart rate get back to normal.  Plus I walked a half lap after running so it wasn&#039;t such a severe jolt.

Recovery between sets... Yes.  My workout is design so I do small weight, lots of reps and then give myself 1 minute rest.  It&#039;s what my trainer told me to do.</description>
